Interior Design for this Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom rental property located in the Cherokee National Forest. Stylish and modern, yet preserving the original cabin-like qualities. Furniture and decor were selected to be highly functional, durable, and comfortable for guest. The bathroom was completely renovated to create an open Spa, earthy feel with the stone textured porcelain, natural wood elements, and marble counter top for the sink. The detached Studio is the perfect fun spot to hang out with family and friends overlooking the beautiful creek on the property, for which the layout was designed specifically for. Designed to last with warm traditional touches to tie in the decor with the beautiful exposed beams for a perfect getaway space.

Interior Design, furnishing and art Selection. A mostly "All white" concept with the warmth of home away from home was the main focus for this vacation home project. A very linear furniture style with subtle or bold elements to make each room unique creating ambiences that stand out and give a diferent feel with a very peaceful flow throughout the house.

Complete Interior re design and decoration of this family´s summer house with a predominant white with colorful and earthy elements to give the house a warm but modern family look. The open floor plant distribution required some focal elements to make each space distinctive. Homey but keeping it simple to make this house a clean and spacious home to make vacation time super confortable.

Enough room to be creative, natural light to fill the rooms yet keeping a comfortable temperature and air flow throughout the whole house. Reinforced steel frame structure with exteded spaces in glass and wood floors ans shutters to provide the building with all the desired qualities of a simple and super functional home.

The full design of this project was conceived under very strict security parameters, keeping in mind the welcoming and adventurous feel that we needed to create for this ongoing turistic spot. Confortable decks where stablished attached to the reception and office building to create an apropiate flow for an amazing experience. A welcoming reception with handy extra services on vacation deals and turistic atractions leads to the office area on one side that faces the flight simulators and extends to the event deck where safely our guests can enjoy the outside action. On the other side we have the exit door torwards the Heliports where the passengers can wait confortably if needed on a deck with a caffe to their disposal and safely aproach each flight point. On their way back after an exciting trip our costumers will be walking through the merchandaise area where they can take home the best things for a great memory and take pictures on our go-pro stage where they can express freely about their experience or buy the on-flight pictures taken from the on board cameras. A clear Exit leads to the parking spots conviniently located right outside of the building.

Complete Interior re design and spatial distribution. Colors, textures and elements created in the different areas in the salon, give privacy, making it clean and gaining a good flow through out the space, thinking of the different processes taking place here and needs of the business.
